i found the private parking area convenient. the hotel printed my boarding pass without issue. my room was spacious with a gorgeous look. i particularly appreciated the delicious local food served during the amazing breakfast.

the hotel lacked an elevator to help carry my luggage to reception, requiring me to manage around twenty steps.

The staff proved attentive, providing necessary information. I guess that was fine.

The breakfast selection seemed limited. I found the hot chocolate option particularly disappointing as it was just flavored teabags. the bathroom floor flooded during my shower. I really think they could fix that.

unclean carpet constant noise

The carpet felt unclean. Street noise was a constant disturbance. It seems soundproofing requires improvements, especially at night. I found it difficult to sleep soundly. This noise issue detracts from the quality expected.
